Fiori di Sambuco

“Fiori Di Sambuco” is our core beer, a blonde beer born in the summer for the summer, suitable for all types of palate thanks to its refreshing, thirst-quenching and drinkable taste. The peculiarity of elderflower, used during the processing phases, gives the beer a unique floral scent and characterises it with a delicate and persistent aftertaste.

Fiori Di Sambuco is the official beer of the Infiorate di Spello, an event of rare beauty known all over the world.

Miele & Fichi

“Miele & Fichi” is our “Umbrian Beer” born from the combination of two ingredients: Wildflower honey, and dried figs. Unlike what one might expect, the beer is balanced on the palate thanks to the right mix of bittersweet. The fragrance of the dried fig, perceptible at the olfactory level, finally turns out to be the master as the beer heats up.

Carruba

“Carruba” is our “Laziale Beer” characterised by the use of carob beans, a sweet fruit that goes well with our project of research and rediscovery of the forgotten fruits. The dark color is given to the beer by the roasting of the carob beans. At the olfactory level it is very fruity, while on the palate it is possible to perceive a slight hint of coffee, liquorice and berries. Gradually the sweet note of the fruit becomes persistent, allowing you to savour this one-of-a-kind discovery!
