XIX D.C.

“XIX D.C.” is an India Pale Ale born to pay homage to the five years of activity of our Microbrewery. Its name evokes the century in which this style of beer, characterized by a high content of hops, was created specifically for export to the British in India, around 1835. It has an opalescent orange color with coppery shades and a creamy and persistent head. On the palate, malty and caramel notes emerge and then leave room for bitterness, accompanied by herbaceous notes; citrus and fruity notes prevail on the nose; the result is a dry and carbonated beer, very drinkable.
